If your team issues Credit Memos in QuickBooks Online (QBO), those credits now flow directly into Albi’s Financials page. This update ensures your job balances are accurate and easy to read, both on-screen and in Excel exports.
In this article, we'll walk you through how Credit Memos work in Albi, how they impact your financial views, and what’s changed in your tables and reports.

FAQs & Troubleshooting
Q: I don’t see the Credits Table for a job — is something wrong?
A: Not at all! The Credits Table only shows if there are Credit Memos linked to that job in QBO. If no credits exist, the table stays hidden to keep things clean.
Q: Can I edit or void a Credit Memo from Albi?
A: No, Credit Memos are managed in QuickBooks Online. You can view them in Albi, but any changes must be made in QBO.
Q: Will this mess up my job balances or KPIs?
A: Nope! We’ve updated the Outstanding Balance KPI to include Credits properly in the calculation:
Outstanding Balance = Invoices - (Payments + Credits + Sales Receipts)
